– 2 head of broccoli
– 1 tbsp red chili flakes
– 2 gloves of garlic, chopped
– 1 lemon, juiced
– Salt to taste
Preheat oven to 450F.
Dice garlic and let sit on your cutting board for a least ten minutes.
Slice broccoli florets into thin slices. Place on a cooking sheet spread out so they are able to roast evenly.
Top with red pepper flakes, garlic, and salt.
Roast for 5 minutes.
Remove and top with fresh lemon juice.
